Right now, our food system is shaped by inequity and fueled by policies that prioritize corporate interest, big agriculture, and monopolies on our food system—but it doesn’t have to be. Across Colorado, people are coming together to demand something better: a system where everyone has access to nutritious, culturally relevant food, where workers are treated fairly, and where communities have the power to shape decisions.
